Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
Select and set up appropriate cutting tools and fixtures
Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
Document production and inspection data for tracking and analysis
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer
Proficient in CAD/CAM programming software
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience with precision measuring instruments
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
