This position would be supporting the PACE program in West Seattle, WA.

Under the direction of the PCA Coordinator, assists participants in maintaining an environment consistent with their needs. Assists participants in their mobility exercises to help them be more independent for their activities and to maintain their current level of functioning. Provides care in a manner that assures participant satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training - Nurse delegation for nursing assistance training within 120 days.
Coursework/Training - 70 hours of basic training within 120 days.
Coursework/Training - Mental health specialty training within 120 days.
Coursework/Training - Dementia specialty training within 120 days.
Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Long term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Assisted living background.
