Headquartered in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, connecting thousands of traveling healthcare providers with facilities across all 50 states.
A Triage Clinical Liaison is an experienced licensed Registered Nurse who builds relationships and provides clinical support to internal and external partners. The Clinical Liaison proactively supports all departments through educational programming, pre-screen interviews, and quality improvement planning, ensuring qualified candidates are appropriately matched with every assignment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a clinical expert for all internal departments, travelers on assignment, and externalpartners
Establish and build trusting relationships with our traveling healthcare providers and external clientpartners
Serve as a sales partner to educate external partners on Triage’s Clinical quality programs andinitiatives
Design, develop, and deliver clinical training content to enhance recruiting and sales efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee the highest quality standards areachieved
Support the onboarding of new travelers through resume review, compliance testing and prescreeninterviews
Direct the development of clinical mentorship programs and actively mentor and guide new healthcare professionals on the challenges of new travelassignments
Lead healthcare professionals through conflict management, issue resolution, and decision-making while gathering all pertinent information from clinicians, clients, and sales teams to resolve issues in a collaborativemanner
Respond to Client requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and customer-service-orientedmanner
Collect,analyze, and evaluate data to proactively evaluate processes to determine education opportunities, implement process changes, and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
Qualifications

Registered Nurse
At least 5 years of practical experience in a hospital settingrequired
BLS and ACLScertified
Critical Care experiencepreferred
Nursing management experiencepreferred
Travel nursing experiencepreferred
