Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders is looking for a Clinical Director to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure that manager check-ins and quarterly scorecard reviews occur regularly, feedback is solicited and provided, and performance is reviewed and managed for direct reports
Oversee clinical interventions and their implementation (includes support with FBAs/FAs, ITPs/PRs)
Facilitate the implementation of Ally’s quality assurance measures
Ensure clients are receiving adequate supervision
Manage clinic-level intake activity, including leading tours and overseeing ITP development
Ensure authorizations are utilized as clinically indicated and that, where required, authorizations are obtained/renewed in advance of service delivery
Develop effective rapport with families, clients and colleagues
Support with hiring clinical staff

Knowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care
Ability to use knowledge, experience, and independent judgment to ensure clients are continually improving
Strong assessment skills and treatment planning expertise

Ability to plan and ensure execution and completion of clinical programs to the highest ethical standards
Requirements
Must be licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR &
First Aid certification
1+ year of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work (with children) experience preferred
Must hold a valid drivers’ license and maintain proper current insurance
Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism
Experience with staff and parent training
Experience with supervision of BCBAs and RBTs
Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
