Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support needs.
Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of energy solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records and interactions.
Deliver comprehensive product and service knowledge to clients.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive client growth and revenue.
Conduct client training sessions and workshops as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in the energy field.
Requirements
Prior experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
