Job Description
The Client Success Leader role at Resultant is a Senior Leadership role with significant responsibilities and expectations. The Client Success Leader’s primary responsibility is to oversee the delivery of Resultant’s services and grow a segment of clients we do business with (book of business). The position is open to individuals who can perform at a high level Senior Consultant or above. The Client Success Leader currently reports to the VP of Private Sector – Data Services.

Responsibilities:
The Client Success Leader is responsible for growing their book of business and ensuring delivery excellence. As such she/he is expected to lead and grow a group of client accounts and ensure their clients teams are delivering excellence. Responsibilities of this role can be summarized into these core responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales team to architect pre-sales solutions
Negotiate Win-Win opportunities with our clients around financials, scope, and timeline
Create or own the creation of SOWs, RFPs, and solution proposals for you owned accounts
Partner with New Business team to champion technical solutions and win new-logos
Partner with sales to draft/review SOWs, RFPs, and solution proposals for supported accounts
Ensure excellence in the delivery of services
Gain knowledge and insight on assigned industries
2. Follow through with post-sale expansion
Oversee and expand client solutions
Create relationships within their accounts
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by reviewing quality assurance on projects
Provide technical support sales in acquisition of new logos
Contribute toResultant’s strategic vision and operational efficiency
