Essential Responsibilities
Assisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
Researching unique and complex situations as they arise
Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors
Implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
Coordinatingaccount transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
Populatingand maintaining systems data and client files
Verifying client account cash balances, generatingand reviewing monthly available cash report
Working directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
