We are looking for a Client Services Associate (CSA) who would like to be an integral part of our Client Service Team and make a real impact on the clients they serve.
Streamline has been operating for 25 years and we currently manage over $350MM of clients assets. We are a team of 3 Client Service Professionals, 5 Financial Advisors, and 1 Dedicated Strengths Coach who helps you be the best version of yourself.
Our mission is to remove the worry that comes with money and investing. We do this through wise planning principles and incorporating both the emotional and spiritual part of our client's lives when planning for their future. We believe that true wealth is beyond riches.
You will work closely with the advisors and client service team.

What You Will Be Doing
Scheduling, Meeting Prep and Post- Meeting Follow Up 60%
Preparing for client meetings and running the post-meeting follow-up process
Managing the calendar and scheduling for 5 advisors.
Utilize Calend.Ly and Zoom to schedule meetings both virtual and in the office.
Client Paperwork &
Forms, Online Access 30%
Prepare and process account-related paperwork and client accounts
Address and beneficiary audits for clients
CRM management
Interface with client third party administrators, custodians, and broker-dealers
Be the eMoney expert to help clients with their online dashboard
Compliance + Project Assistance 10%
Track licensing and continuing education requirements for 5 advisors
Assist on company-wide initiatives meant to improve the lives of clients
