About the role:
As a Client Relations Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with FIS clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.
About the team:
The Client Relations Account Management team specializes in managing client relationships and overseeing project management for insurance and investment services, focusing on enhancing software processes while ensuring exceptional service delivery to both U.S. and international clients. They work collaboratively to maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, providing tailored solutions and support to meet diverse client needs.
What you will be doing:
- Manage client relationships, maintaining a personal book of business with up to 7 key clients in the insurance or investment space
- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring client requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.G., development managers) to coordinate and negotiate project timelines and deliverables based on client needs
- Participate in the enhancement and design of IT policies and processes through high-level requirement gathering and policy lifecycle management
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and discuss ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Prepare and present detailed status reports to clients, highlighting progress and any critical issues
- Oversee financial aspects of client accounts, including reviewing and approving invoices to ensure invoice accuracy
- Facilitate cross-training with other Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to ensure comprehensive client support
- Raise and track support tickets with the Product Support and Development teams for client issues and follow up on project advancements
What you will need:
- Proven experience in client services, particularly within the insurance or investment sectors
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and investment products, especially in the context of U.S. markets
- Basic understanding of IT policy lifecycle management, including enhancements and design processes
- Ability to work effectively with large teams and in cross-functional efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and building strong client relationships
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours as needed to accommodate international clients

The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
