Job Description
In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Client Lead team, ensuring the success of our clients' media campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing internal projects, creating client deliverables, building strategic target audiences, and facilitating day-to-day account management. This role offers an introduction to the exciting world of client services in Epsilon's Data Solutions group, where we help brands connect with their target audiences through innovative advanced TV media strategies.
What You'll Do:
Develop compelling client deliverables such as post-campaign reports, presentations, and proposals to support sales activities and drive revenue generation.
Be a key contributor to day-to-day account management, including campaign management, running operational meetings, managing pipelines, and inputting and executing accurate budgeting and contracting information in Salesforce.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across account management, media agency teams, and analytics to ensure campaigns goals are understood and ultimately meet and exceed the client target..
Leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve campaign issues.
Participate in strategic projects as needed.
Contribute to prospecting initiatives for new business development.
Updates project status daily and communicates with team
Ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, peers and other departments
Serve as back-up to the Account Executive during travel
Performs research to reconcile billing, invoicing and shipping financial reporting
Who You Are:
BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred
You're eager to learn and build a career in client services within the dynamic world of Advanced TV advertising. (0-2 years of work experience is a plus!)
