The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across various departments within the organization. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with candidates, build relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
What You Will Do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Collaborate with the People team to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Who You Are and What You Need:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Talent acquisition experience, including proactive sourcing required.
1+ year Prior experience with a SaaS company preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.
