Bassham Foods is a Restaurant Supply Company servicing Restaurants around Texas and beyond. We deliver Grocery items and Restaurant Equipment to our customers and our Drivers make it happen!
Bassham Foods offers great home time! We are currently hiring for a Class B CDL Driver. No sleeper berths, the company pays for your hotel stay and we provide a daily food allowance when away from home. This position is a physical job, our drivers deliver our product to our customers using a ramp and dolly method or a Lift gate and pallet jack. (Delivery option will depend on equipment and customer needs)
We are a family oriented company and we treat each employee as person not a number. If you have the the following qualifications and willing to operate overnight this might be the position for you.
Class B CDL (will consider newly graduated drivers)
A valid DOT Card or the ability to obtain one
A clean MVR (no more than 1 ticket in the last 3 years and no at-fault accidents)
The ability to go out on regional runs.
Able to dispatch in early AM hours beginning at 12am to 5am.
Experienced with unloading a trailer using a ramp &
dolly method is preferred.
This position is paid hourly not by the mile or piece and is eligible for overtime pay.
