Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and screenings to determine the appropriate chiropractic treatment plan
Perform chiropractic adjustments to address musculoskeletal issues, including spinal adjustments and manipulations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
Provide advice and education to patients on exercises, stretches, and lifestyle changes to support their recovery and promote long-term health
Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, maintaining confidentiality and complying with privacy regulations
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Stay current on industry research, techniques, and trends to continuously improve knowledge and skills
Requirements
Valid chiropractic license and relevant certifications
Proven experience and expertise in providing chiropractic care, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusted relationships with patients
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of patients
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure positive patient outcomes
