Job Description
The Chief Revenue Officer is primarily responsible for growing sales and margin and acquiring customers within the professional installed channels. The role will focus on driving sales tactics and processes, increasing customer counts and driving product adoption within new channels. The Chief Revenue Officer will drive focus and accountability across the sales team and partner across the executive leadership team to deliver customer outcomes and business results.
Professional Installed Channels include custom installation (CEDIA), builder, solar and electrical contractors, distribution, utility and lighting design and specification.
Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible to:

Lead the sales team to deliver financial commitments and implement appropriate incentive plans for growth.
Define and execute sales tactics to achieve revenue and margin quotas, including:
Partner with customers to drive sales growth and greater share of wallet across product categories,
Target and recruiting new, qualified customers to increase market share across the customer base,
Execute cross-channel selling to drive product adoption,
Identify new avenues for growth.
Drive adoption of power and lighting technologies as growth categories.
Manage internal sales talent and external network of Manufacturers Reps.
Create overall company awareness with customers and represent Savant at local and national trade &
industry events.
Convert customer pipeline and build repeatable path for customer purchases.
Build connections across the business to represent customer interests and deliver business commitments.
