Job Description
The Chief of Staff at Digitas Health serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, providing essential support in implementing our agency's vision and objectives. This role is important to fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of main initiatives across departments.
You will be report to the President.

Your Impact:
1. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans tailored to the needs and goals of Digitas Health.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives that align with the agency's brand and positioning.
2. Executive Support:
Prepare comprehensive briefs, presentations, and reports to support in client meetings, pitches, and internal discussions.
Coordinate schedules, including client meetings, industry events, and internal meetings.
3. Project Management:
Oversee the execution of main client projects and internal initiatives, ensuring agreement on client objectives and agency standards.
Establish project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with account management, creative, and production teams to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
4. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead by example, embodying Digitas Health's values and promoting a positive work environment.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Promote communication between the President and internal stakeholders, including department heads, account teams, and creative teams.
Cultivate relationships with, partners, and industry partners, representing Digitas Health's interests and values.
