Compensation:
$200,000.00 - $240,000.00 annually with up to a 20% year-end bonus, professional association memberships, and conference attendance.

Relocation:

BRMH seeks a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will oversee general accounting, patient business services, third-party reimbursement, and financial and statistical reporting functions. This role is critical in promoting the effective management of BRMH’s resources, achieving internal benchmarks, and meeting short- and long-term goals.

Work Environment:
This is an on-site position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

The CFO is eligible for up to a 20% year-end bonus in addition to salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:
Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including assets, cash flows, insurance coverage, accounting practices, relationships with financial institutions, and third-party payers.
Revenue Cycle Management:
Oversee the entire revenue generation process, from patient registration and scheduling to claims submission and reimbursement, optimizing revenue capture and minimizing leakage.
Billing Oversight:
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of patients and third-party payers, overseeing billing staff, implementing systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Asset Management:
Maintain custody and direct the prudent use of funds, securities, and assets, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
Contract Negotiation:
Monitor, analyze, negotiate, and recommend reimbursement contracts with third-party payers, informing stakeholders of financial impacts on organizational policies and operations.
