Managing building and tenant improvement projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Promptly addressing emergencies and tenant concerns, demonstrating unwavering commitment to their satisfaction and comfort.
In addition to your hands-on responsibilities, you'll also play a key role in budget preparation, conduct insightful analyses, and harness technology to streamline our maintenance processes.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with at least 5 years of building engineering/facilities management experience.
Possesses relevant certifications such as EPA refrigerant certification (desired) and appropriate trade licenses/permits.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and operating Windows-based software.
Has a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation.
Excels in communication, both orally and in writing, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
