We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Change Management &
Communications Principalto join our growing team! In this role, you willprovide change and internal communications consulting, planning and execution for small and large projects supporting Human Resources and other corporate functions. Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to executives and project teams, you will solve unique and complex problems and design and develop deliverables to ensure employee adoption, achieve project results and minimize unanticipated impacts to the business. This is a critical role to ensure that change initiatives are effectively managed, communicated and integrated to achieve desired outcomes and drive organizational success. The work is diverse, fast-paced and challenging.

Communications Principal, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Lead, develop and execute an organizational change approach for varied complexity or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance management
Lead, prepare and manage quality deliverables, including internal communications products
Partner with project teams and senior leadership to mitigate resistance, communication and sponsorship issues
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and sponsors and be seen as a change management solution integration SME
Analyze and describe change impacts and change collisions
Maintain a high degree of cross-functional team coordination and integration of change impacts and deliverables
Provide sound communications counsel, planning and execution to senior leadership in HR and corporate functions
Serve as a contributing member of the corporate communications and community impact team, providing editorial input and deliverables and supporting large-scale initiatives such as all-employee and senior leadership team meetings
