Change Management Analyst

We are seeking qualified applicants from the United States to apply for this position.
As a Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational strategies. Your role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and adoption.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
1. Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and communications to support project objectives and drive adoption of change initiatives.
2. Conducting impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance to change, and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
3. Engaging with key stakeholders across the organization to build relationships and ensure alignment on change initiatives.
4. Providing coaching and support to project teams and leaders to help them navigate and manage change effectively.
5. Monitoring and measuring the success of change initiatives through key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms, and making adjustments as needed.
Qualified candidates for this position must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale organizational transformation setting. A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. However, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and client engagements.
