We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic and reputable team CA. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing the accounting, audit, and tax functions, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
As the ideal candidate, you have a proven track record of success in financial management and leadership roles. You possess a strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and a keen understanding of financial markets and trends. You are able to provide strategic guidance to the executive team and help drive the growth and profitability of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Manage the company's accounting, finance, and tax functions.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and board of directors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Manage relationships with key financial partners, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
10+ years of experience in financial management and leadership roles.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to provide strategic guidance and drive business growth.
Experience in managing accounting, audit, and tax functions.
CPA or MBA preferred.
