Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide compassionate and attentive care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
Assist with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents
Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff
Document care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records
Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms and common areas
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama
Compassionate and caring attitude with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required
