Certified Nursing Assistant Renal/Neuro Telemetry

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with experience in Renal/Neuro Telemetry to join our team. As a CNA in the Renal/Neuro Telemetry unit at NCG Associates, you will work closely with the nursing team to provide personalized care to patients with renal and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels
Help transfer and transport patients safely
Support patients in maintaining mobility and assist with ambulation
Assist with feeding and medication administration under the direction of the nursing team
Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records
Respond to patient calls and requests promptly
Collaborate with the nursing team to provide holistic and individualized care to patients
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Prior experience in a Renal/Neuro Telemetry unit is strongly preferred
Knowledge of renal and neurology nursing principles and practices
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
