Job Description
Ensures that all food and beverage services meetthe restaurant's standards
Prepares daily specialty drinkswhile working in a safe and organized manner
Follows proper food handling techniques and physical safety rules
Maintains espresso and brewing equipment to ensure proper function and identify any repair or maintenance
Operates registers and educates customers about daily menu items and answers any questions
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Assists with keeping Barista and storage areas organized, clean and sanitized
Assist in tasks as requested by the Chef or Food Service Manager needed to successfully run the Cocina
