Job Description
Join Adecco and discover an exciting career opportunity as a Cash Applications Analyst! We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this position. This role offers competitive compensation ($18.00-$21.00/hour) with a long contract period ending in February 2025. The Cash Applications Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of incoming payments and maintaining accounts receivable records for assigned countries. They will handle a high volume of cash transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to process high volumes of cash receipts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in identifying and resolving cash posting discrepancies independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Proficiency in relevant Oracle software applications (strongly preferred).
Description:
- Process bank receipts accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely posting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash receipts, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain complete documentation to support all cash postings and facilitate transaction reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal credit/collection teams to resolve complex unallocated payments.
- Proactively contact customers to secure missing payment information and ensure timely remittance.
- Perform all tasks in strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Pay Details:
$18.00 to $21.00 per hour
