Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
Assist with hosting and teaching Caregiver orientations, tracking ongoing training
Caregiver management, ensuring compliance with set HR policies, on/offboarding
Manage, coach, and provide ongoing support to staff, encouraging strong retention
Requirements
Strong relationship management, and professional development skills
A desire for a dynamic job that combines both organizational and interpersonal skills
