Call Center Representative (Security)

Paychex is supporting a well-known Security Solutions Company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Guarding Agent. This role is anin-officeposition that offers a competitive hourly pay, benefits, &
PTO for their employees! On top of that the provide food for their employees during their shift at least once a week! There are 3 different shifts you can choose from depending on your shift preference. 1st shift is from 7am-3pm. 2nd shift is from 3pm-11pm. 3rd shift is from 11pm-7am.
As a Remote Guarding Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner
Understand customer service and satisfaction are the primary goals of the organization
Actively track, verify and act upon video alert signals received from customer locations
Follow the standard operating procedures
Communicate with law enforcement, customers and other emergency personnel
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, gamers welcome)
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
SORA certified or equivalent
