T business customers in order to help resolve issues and to try to provide additional value by offering a service or product to their account. Top performers regularly earn $1200-$1500 in weekly bonuses in addition to salary.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide inbound customer service for AT&
T business customers.
Capitalize on all opportunities to expand AT&
T services.
Consistently provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required
Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required
Excellent communication and written skills
Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
Dynamic personality with high energy
Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
