Responsibilities
· Utilize SolidWorks for creating, modifying, and managing both 3D models and 2D drawings.
· Transform conceptual designs into functional 3D models and detailed component drawings.
· Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D design is essential, additional experience with other 2D &
3D CAD software is advantageous.
· Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of drafting techniques and excellent attention to detail.
· Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers to understand and implement project requirements within the design, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ensure design compliance with both company standards and relevant industry codes.
· Actively participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
· Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting set deadlines.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
· A technical degree in 3D Modeling and Drafting.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a 3D Modeler/Drafter role.
· Ability to interpret and work with complex technical drawings and specifications.
