InProduction is looking for talented individuals to join our company to help create and design solutions for high profile nationwide events. The ideal candidate would be able to provide accurate drawings for our sales staff using our drawing library of parts. These drawings would be provided to our customers, building officials and our technicians in the field. The preference would be for candidates that are willing and able to grow with our company as we are experiencing tremendous growth within the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with other team members to achieve functional design solutions against various constraints
Produce code compliant drawings and specifications
Maintain schedules for each project deadline to ensure that project deadlines are maintained and met
Capable of detailing drawings that will be used for production purposes
Responsible for reviewing and verifying drawings in various design modeling software formats
Participate in design reviews and capable of working with site surveys
Requirements
Education and experience:
A high school diploma is required
Associate’s degree or AutoCAD certification preferred
Preferred experience in entertainment and events industry (Live Events, Sporting Events/Venues, Theater)
Position Requirements:
The position requires a background check and drug screening
Apt in creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD
Work in a dynamic and driven environment
Able to draw in 3D using AutoCAD.
SolidWorks experience a plus
Proficiency in PC based computing, Microsoft Office, and use of Windows OS Adobe Creative Suite
