Description:
Daily Pacing. Assist team with OOH media investment (including traditional, non-traditional and experiential) for all buys across multiple clients. You will report into the Senior Vice President, Out of Home.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
Assist day to day OOH planning and buying duties across top tier, National and Local accounts from start to finish (Track campaign &
next steps throughout process including;
contracting, buy stewardship and post campaign analysis)· Assist team with RFP and buying process, including sending out RFP's, organizing and compiling proposals, mapping, building plan recommendations, building PowerPoint decks and contracting buys· Track Campaign Status &
Next Steps· Work with team to pull client billing and spend reports· Verify Monthly Billing Accuracy (MBox = DOmedia = Spreadsheet) upon contract entry completion· Work with Strategy team to ensure plan recommendations meet client strategies and objectives and are sent promptly· Negotiate with vendors to hit savings and budget goals· Stay on top of industry trends, bringing new and innovative thinking to clients· Attend and participate in agency training sessions· General Market/Vendor Updates
