The Raffles Butler Manager is at the centre of every guest experience at Raffles Boston. This key role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities from pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, departure and post-stay arrangements. Reporting to the Head Butler, the role ensures that the highest level of hospitality and brand standards are delivered. The Raffles Butler Manager will strive to listen attentively, observe the little details, and personalize interactions with the aim to anticipate and be intuitive of their needs and wants. An ambassador of the hotel, he or she will take the lead in delivering the renowned Raffles Butler service as well as in orchestrating the Raffles curated experiences, ensuring that the Raffles essence is fully expressed across the guest journey. A well-rounded and skilful individual, he or she possesses understanding in front office, housekeeping and food &
beverage, spa, concierge and other touch points. The butler manager will be working towards overall operational excellence, guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.Given the scope of this managerial role, team player and organizational skills are key to success
