Butler-Full Time

The Butler is responsible for the preparation of suite prior to customer arrival and coordinating room service set-up with any special requirements customers may have.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining accurate property information through daily use of intranet, email and other forms of communication.
Responsible for providing all food and beverage service to suites designated to have butler service.
Coordinates all such orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received.
Maintains accurate documentation on facilities needs for luxury suites
Coordinates with Housekeeping Staff to ensure that rooms are always kept in superior condition and that while occupied, they are serviced at the convenience of the customer
Maintains butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to the standards of the Front Office as well as the Food and Beverage Department
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Essential Functions
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
Must be able to stand for an entire shift and move throughout the hotel
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Experience in and able to provide gourmet service and valet service
· Strong customer service skills required
· The ability to effectively communicate in English
