Job Description
Business Value Consultants assist client stakeholders to understand and define their specific business challenges, and to help define the desired business outcomes of a RESPEC-delivered solution. This position will liaise with roles across all DTS Programs including Billing, Advisory, Custom Development, and other areas as needed. To ensure success as a RESPEC Business Value Consultant, candidates should have in-depth analysis and presentation skills with the ability to think dynamically about client problems and solutions. Qualified candidates must possess excellent client relationship skills, experience with financial systems and terminology, and business process design skills.
Work collaboratively across all teams at RESPEC, with emphasis on DTS, to understand and articulate the business value delivered by RESPEC solutions.
Analyze customer objectives, including financial goals, CSAT goals, revenue growth goals, and other business drivers.
Apply knowledge of business process design and improvement tools to present the impact of process and technology change to clients.
Actively work with RESPEC delivery teams to ensure successful delivery and to effectively mitigate delivery risks and resolve client conflicts.
Develop and deliver business value frameworks that can be re-used across multiple client engagements.
Engage in collaborative relationships with external partners to present their solutions professionally and knowledgably.
Partner with internal key stake holders to work ACROSS the organization and how Business Value can influence engineering sciences.
Engage directly with clients to ensure overall project satisfaction.
Ability to travel 25-50%
