Business Systems Project Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Project Manager to join our team in Torrance, CA. As a Business Systems Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business systems projects, from requirements definition to development, system testing, delivery, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of business systems projects, from requirements definition to development, system testing, delivery, and maintenance
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Develop and manage project plans and budgets
Lead and motivate project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Manage project risks and issues
Communicate project status to stakeholders
Document project processes and procedures

Desire to become an SE (Software Engineer) (beginners are also welcome)
Additional Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid work visa
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:
00 AM - 6:
00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)
