About this position
The Private Bank Operations Specialist supports the onboarding activities, focusing on operational excellence and outstanding service. This role promotes process improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of continuous enhancement and superior client experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the commercial deposit account opening process and account maintenance, including blocked and controlled accounts.
Exceed customer expectations by doing the right thing and working collaboratively.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries within 24 hours.
Escalate issues to management within 24 hours or raise them during daily huddles.
Identify and suggest opportunities for customer experience improvements and drive them to completion.
Apply and enforce risk mitigation controls.
Escalate any exceptions to leadership and concerned parties.
Produce high-quality output and complete quality management duties as assigned.
Establish requested accounts in the core system.
Solve problems of varying complexity.
Execute additional tasks as required.
Skills/Requirements
5+ years of relevant banking experience within an operations or customer service team.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical service level agreements (SLAs).
Experience in implementing change and process improvements.
Efficiently handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Effective customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including advanced Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

$22/hour
