Job Description
NBC Universal is continuing its cloud solutions strategy execution for Talent Management processes. As part of this effort learning, performance management, compensation, recruitment and onboarding processes require application implementation and maintenance support (based on Saas/Cloud Applications). This position will play a critical role for various planned/in-flight implementations as well as post go-live support specifically with regards to Recruitment/Onboarding/Learning;
exposure and engagementfor the full process scope is expected. We are excited to welcome career entry as well as ‘developer-to-HCM-functional’ conversion candidates.
Responsibilities
Contribute to several HR Talent Management technology solutions (Recruitment/Onboarding/Learning) for planned/in-flight projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, objectives, and workflows.
Drive solution enhancements by documenting requirements, creating solution specifications and coordinating activities/tasks across Engineering, Cyber, and other teams as needed.
Perform system configuration in support of business needs/strategy.
Provide day-to-day support for existing Talent Management processes and systems (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.)
Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specifications.
Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other 3rd party cloud system integrations.
