We want you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience successfully cold calling and generating new leads and opportunities, preferably in a SaaS environment. Our ethos revolves around exceptional people providing exceptional business impacting results... which goes hand-in-hand with great sales. We love to compete and win! This is a player/coach role. We are looking for the right person to come in and build out the BDR function and eventually build a small team.

Domain experience in a relevant AI, chemistry, scientific or R&

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Qualify prospects by understanding the specific needs in complex R&
D and Product Development projects
Work closely with Account Directors to identify and build pipeline in assigned territory
Collaborate with business &
IT leaders and subject matter experts at Fortune 1000 customers to identify and frame compelling use cases
Prepare value-based presentations
Cultivate new opportunities through our partner program(s)
Iterate on current sales process and share learnings with the team
Collaborate with high-performing teams including data scientists, solutions engineers, application engineers, and product managers in the delivery of NobleAI solutions
Convert firsthand customer and market experience into impactful input to our product direction and strategy
Most importantly, meet or exceed customer call quotas/goals to raise brand awareness &
generate revenue opportunities
Travel to customer sites and attend industry events (approximately 25- 30% average)
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of BDR/SDR Experience
A healthy curiosity and interest in customer challenges
A driven, go getter that is a team player &
obsessed with achievement
Creativity in solving customer challenges to move deals forward
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
A passionate presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Base Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000, plus variable commission. OTE $100,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience &
