**Business Development Representative V- Us-NSG****Preferred Qualifications****Client Executive - Mission and Functions**The Client Executive will serve as executive leader and trusted advisor to his/her Customer Account, providing direction, strategy and account plans to drive the Cloud Services business.He/she will be responsible for the detailed understanding of the large, global account client mission, business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives, and translating them into Oracle selling opportunities. He/she will lead Oracle's support of the Customer Account to further the Agency/Military Service Intelligence mission success, aligning all relevant Oracle cloud solutions, tools and services, based on a holistic operational and technical understanding of the customer mission. In order to achieve this, the Client Executive will coordinate, monitor and direct all relevant activities to drive and grow Oracle's business with the customer agency.He/she will develop and provide single agency input to Oracle National Security Group (NSG) activities designed to support Cloud Services expansion, in concert with Client Executives from other accounts and relevant NSG elements. A Client Executive will generally concentrate on one major agency or Service, although a Client Executive may cover two or more, as appropriate.**ACTIVE:

In order to execute this mission, the Client Executive will;
1. Maintain plans for optimizing Agency benefits in context of cloud adoption objectives;
Share information to ensure that Oracle has the best possible operational and technical view of challenges and opportunities for mission success and leads in providing relevant solutions.2. Develop and maintain a holistic understanding of both the customer operational mission, focusing on programmatic needs and priorities. The objective is to enable Oracle to provide the most responsive cloud solutions, and become the most trusted advisor and provider, based on a multi-year strategic plan articulating objectives and tactics, with metrics.3. Collaborate with Oracle/NSG organizations to document, and maintain viablearchitectures for the operational model and technical services frameworks. This is the foundation for immediate, innovative and responsive solution development and delivery by NSG cloud solution architects and developers.4. Develop and maintain a current relationship framework, and ensure appropriate regular contact with the mission organizations and other key Agency/Military Service seniors, with the aim of building trust and confidence in Oracle and the value, solutions and capabilities we can provide. Oracle must enable mission success for the Agency/Service, and ensure the personal success of individual leaders by effectively addressing their most critical needs.5. Work with internal organizations, to include Sales Engineering, Sales, Cloud Operations and Professional Support Services to ensure that critical messaging is developed and delivered to appropriate levels of the customer organization. The objective is to tell Oracle's overall story in terms most relevant to customer needs and priorities.6. Advocate for the customer. Work with the Program Management Office and Business Operations teams to remain current on issues critical to the customer success and to ensure the customer's needs are being met.7. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales team to identify opportunities and competitive threats to Oracle. Ensures alignment of these strategies and counter strategies with messaging, solutions development, and sales activity.**Operational Model**Each Client Executive will manage his/her account in accordance with the mission and functions provided above. The Client Executive will work in concert and align with the activities of the other NSG teams:
Sales, Business Development, Oracle Cloud, Professional Support Services, etc. As a group, the Client Executives will pool their knowledge concerning individual agency needs and opportunities and ensure that NSG has the richest source of information on such matters to drive, align, focus and lead Oracle's support of the cloud expansion.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "

Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product* s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to Travel as needed.
