The Role:
As our client base has moved upstream to the middle market, we are seeking a motivated Sr. BDR, Outbound who can successfully build a healthy pipeline and develop deep and genuine relationships with decision makers, overcome objections, and work towards meeting or exceeding quota targets. You will uncover their needs and goals, while providing solution(s) by leveraging our AI - powered technology which will match them with the expertise needed to profitably grow their business.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high levels of intentional cold outbound multi-channel outreach (cold calls:
80 per day, email, social selling, etc) to prospects in your book of business with the goal to generate interest in Paro and create a strong top of the funnel pipeline for the sales team
Achieve quota expectations by conducting tenacious prospecting, running sales qualified meetings and generating qualified opportunities for your AE counterparts
Leverage sales tech stack to achieve daily/monthly KPIs and quota including but not limited to Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong
Work closely with your leader to communicate and deliver upon daily, weekly, and monthly commitments and keep accurate forecasting of your sales metrics (calls, emails, connect rate, meetings booked, meetings ran, sales qualified, accepted opportunities, etc)
Establish and build strong partnerships with Outbound Account Executives and other cross functional teams to achieve success and contribute to Paro’s culture and values
How you’ll add value:
Have 1+ years of sales experience, with direct experience in a predominantly/entirely outbound capacity
Possess a will to win attitude, growth mindset, and openness to receive constructive feedback that is put to action
Ability to build relationships and establish trust through highly personalized and tailored outreach (calls, emails, social selling) and out of the box thinking
Diligent organization skills, high attention to detail, and strong execution to plan to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs and quota
Self starter with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and zest to learn
Strong collaboration experience with internal colleges and external partners
Remote role, but Chicago based candidate is preferred
