Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for driving business growth? Join The Red Gate Group in Chantilly, VA, as a Business Development Manager (BDM), where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in target Federal marketplaces. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and dynamic opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and BD strategy for target accounts, fostering a culture of innovation and capture excellence.
Create account plans, interact with potential customers and industry partners, and qualify opportunities to support pursuit activities.
Grow the opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, including existing and adjacent markets/customers.
Partner with Leadership to refine division strategy and shape a balanced portfolio, leading and participating in pursuit of strategic business opportunities.
Drive collaboration across the organization to maximize win probability and bring best-in-class solutions to customers.
Utilize market intelligence and competitor data to position the division for success, participating as a thought leader in bid decisions and gate reviews.
Conduct customer visits, articulate current and emerging customer needs, and actively participate in capture activities.
Develop and submit white papers and RFI responses to proactively shape strategic opportunities, conducting after-action reviews for continuous improvement.
Own and conduct monthly detailed pipeline reviews with Senior leadership, attend tradeshows, and execute customer call plans post-tradeshows.
