Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing growth strategies, building valuable client relationships, and driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance, property management, and residential sectors.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
Develop and execute a robust business development strategy based on market analysis and company goals.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the restoration industry, including insurance adjusters, property managers, and residential clients.
Sales Execution:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, including needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
Seasonal Sales Planning:
Adapt and implement seasonal sales strategies, ensuring alignment with industry cycles and company objectives.
Community Engagement:
Represent the company in local business events and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance and market trends to meet or exceed sales targets.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a track record of successfully achieving sales quotas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
