Our Partner is seeking a dynamic Government Business Development Capture Manager to drive strategic planning initiatives, business development efforts, and market research in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, working closely with Project Managers and subject matter experts to enhance our market presence and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responses to government solicitations (Sources Sought, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
- Identify opportunities through resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.
- Conduct opportunity analysis and maintain accurate company profiles.
- Present business development pipeline updates to Executive Leadership.
- Foster collaboration through brainstorming sessions.
- Incorporate project management and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Gather data for strategic planning and proposal support.
- Manage all aspects of proposal development ensuring compliance and quality.
- Demonstrate a track record of winning high-value contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or related roles.
- Proven success in winning high-value federal contracts.
- Strong knowledge of GSA Schedules, FAR, and DFARs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Shipley-like processes.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Occasional travel may be required.
