Our company is looking for a talented Business Development Associate.We need a self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, work in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to grow their career in sales.In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, holding discovery calls, and coordinating sales demonstrations for our Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in a BDR or SDR role, or relevant work experience. We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrated record of generating new business pipeline through prospecting and gaining interest through outbound emailing, cold calling, and social media prospecting. Candidates must be extremely comfortable prospecting and developing leads via the telephone.
Responsibilities include
Conducting lead generation, prospecting, and sourcing high-potential leads within assigned territories
Proactively scheduling calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
Researching prospective clients or current clients to identify new sales opportunities, customize communications strategies, and ensure prospects understand the value of our extensive products and services
Partnering with Business Development Managers to support plans for sales territories, with a goal of supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
