At Douglas J, we're looking for an Institute Maintenance Tech who enjoys ensuring our locations are always in top shape, ready to welcome guests and inspire students. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring our Salon &
Institute locations arealways clean, neat, and ready for the day's activities.
What You'll Do:
Light plumbing and electrical work
Painting and drywall tasks
Help maintain the cleanliness of the locations, ensuring it's always guest-ready, with assistance from a 3rd party cleaning service
Prep the building for morning opening, setting the stage for a day of learning and guest services
Keep accurate maintenance logs and tracking, ensuring we're always on top of service requests and preventative maintenance
Purchase necessary materials and keep track of inventory, ensuring we're always well-stocked
Inspect the buildings and grounds daily, ensuring everything is in order
Assist in the setup and take down of events and promotions, ensuring smooth operations
