job description

Job Description
Building Maintenance / Handyman
What you'll do:
Officially we title this job a Building Maintenance Assistant, but in other centers it may be called a Handyman or Facilities or Property Maintenance Technician.
As a Maintenance Tech you will help keep our building safe and functional for our patients. This could involve unclogging a toilet, changing a light bulb, fixing the mini blinds or just replacing the batteries in the TV remote. One day you may go to the roof to change an HVAC filter or the next it may involve patching a hole in the drywall. This is an in-house building or facilities maintenance position and we attempt to address all necessary minor repairs internally rather than calling an external vendor.
Experience in this line of work is only the beginning. The right candidate will also be passionate about ensuring the highest level of care for our patients every day.
What’s in it for you:
Team-oriented and collaborative culture
Employee recognition program
Annual merit increase opportunities
Robust benefits package, including a retirement savings plan
Refer-a Friend programs - Our #3 source of new employees is referrals from our existing team members. Great employees refer other great workers. Come join us
