PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of resort facilities and furnishing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Boilers, Control Systems:
Know and understand basic design of gas fired burners, boilers and kitchen equipment. Able to perform maintenance diagnostics and effect repairs
Electrical, HVAC:
Understand electrical systems and HVAC systems. Troubleshooting, service, and repair of pumps, condensers, motors, lighting and electrical circuits
Refrigeration:
Experience in refrigeration, knowledge of Hussmann rack systems as well as conventional pump down systems
Plumbing:
Install faucets, seats, drain seals. Remove/install toilets, auto flushers. Troubleshoot drainage problems, water leaks, lack of water and effect repairs
Carpentry:
Understand woodworking and carpentry. Should be able to work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs and doors

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills, and able to effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of resort facilities and furnishing
Must work well with others and function as a team member
Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner
Must be service oriented and self-motivated
Computer skills helpful
Must have valid driver's license
Be willing to perform other duties as assigned
Work schedules may include night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and tasks
Able to work on ladders and scaffolding safely
Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs.
