Buffing Team Member

We are currently seeking a Buffing Team Member to join our team. As a Buffing Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and polishing the surfaces of musical instruments to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. You will work with various tools and materials to achieve the desired results. Prior experience in buffing or polishing is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Perform preparation and polishing tasks on musical instruments
Ensure the surfaces are smooth, even, and free from any imperfections
Use various buffing and polishing tools, compounds, and materials
Inspect instruments for quality and make any necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
Prior experience in buffing or polishing is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of different types of sanding and polishing techniques
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
High School or equivalent
