The position provides support in planning and managing the data-related activities associated with the State Courts System (SCS) budget.
The position is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the payroll projections, monthly operating budget reports, and budget related transaction.
Examples of Work
Assists and oversees development and administration of SCS operating budgets.
Assists with coordination and oversee the preparation of the annual Legislative Budget Request (LBR).
Provides staff assistance to the District Court of Appeal Budget Commission and the Trial Court Budget Commission and their committees.
Completes legislative activities related to the SCS budget.
Coordinates and oversees analyst and data requests made by SCS judicial and support personnel, legislators and their staff, Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) staff, and the public.
Coordinates and oversees completion of administrative tasks.
Coordinates and oversees the preparation of payroll projections.
Assists in planning and managing human resource activities.
Updates the Office of Budget Services Operating Procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
