Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
TheBrokerage Services Coordinatorposition will focus exclusively on supporting the transaction professionals of theTampa, Floridateam in the following capacities:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Serve as liaison between brokers and marketing
Workwith marketing to maintain Stream’s brand and consistency in reviewing and creating outgoing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and other sale materials.
Assistwith market surveys and competitive property reports.
Compileproperty data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates for leasing and/or tenant representative assignments.
Assistin the collecting of materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
Managethe leasing sign process, e-blast calendar and tour book compilation while also acting as a liaison for the marketing team when coordinating new assignments, pitching new business, and creating collateral.
Coordinate social media postings via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels to promote deals, properties, and people.
Provide administrative support to the team as necessary.
Answer the phones.
Maintain and request office supplies.
Handle and distribute mail.
Support corporate expenses and transaction billing processes.
Coordination of major client/broker engagement events and gatherings along with specific team events.
Keepthe team organized and help track deal progress.
Assist in team development and progress tracking for all.
FUTURE FUNCTIONS:
Organizeand coordinateclient specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOIs).
Maintain the landlord representation client contact database.
Maintaincurrent information on tenants, market availability, and leases.
Respondto general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communication.
