Brokerage Ba (Employee Share Plan - Max $37/Hr W2)

Job Description
This needs is for a BA with experience in process/program/ project management related to brokerage/operational/employee share plan) experience. This is not a Tax accounting opportunity – however any tax exposure, would be a plus.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability and desire to learn complex technical regulations, processes, and solutions
- 3+ years of experience in program/ project management, process engineering or strategy
- Experience with Tax regulations and operational processes
- Previous employee share plan and tax production background would be advantageous
- Familiarity US reporting for global employee share plan requirements
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent time management skills during tight deadlines
- Develop knowledge and expertise in the related Tax regulations, operational functions, and systems
- Proactively engage and collaborate with all co-workers globally to build positive rapport to contribute as an effective team member as measured by their feedback
- Analytical, accurate, and strong problem-solving skills essential
- Vocal ability to challenge business deficiencies identified through the tax production process
- An ability to articulate issues both in verbal and written form to help aid swift resolution
- Comfortable with technology and technical concepts in a fast-paced changing environment
- A deep belief in team success, collaboration and a willingness to adapt to continuous change
